Victoria Beckham has shared a new glimpse into how her 15-year-old daughter, Harper Beckham, is preparing to launch her own beauty business, revealing that the teenager presented her ambitions in two separate PowerPoint presentations.
During an appearance on Today with Jenna & Sheinelle, the former Spice Girl explained that Harper had carefully mapped out two very different goals: launching a beauty brand and getting a perm.

Harper’s proposed skincare line, Harlo by Harper, reflects her long-standing interest in beauty and skincare. But while Victoria was receptive to her daughter’s business ambitions, she was less enthusiastic about the hairstyle idea.
“One, she wanted a beauty brand, and these are the reasons. No. 2, she wanted a perm. She wanted to perm her hair,” Victoria explained.
Her response to the second proposal was straightforward. She told Harper to wait until she was older before revisiting the idea, making it clear that a perm was not happening for now. Victoria even brought out a throwback photograph of herself sporting a perm during her own teenage years.

The conversation offered a glimpse into how Harper’s interest in the beauty industry developed. According to Victoria, her daughter has been fascinated by skincare and beauty for years, often sitting on her lap while she had her hair and makeup done and joining her during product development meetings.
Victoria acknowledged that Harper has both a genuine passion for the industry and a clear vision for her business. However, she also stressed that her daughter is still young and needs to focus on her education, particularly with exams approaching.
What We Know About Harper Beckham’s Beauty Brand

Harper’s upcoming skincare venture, Harlo by Harper, is reportedly being developed for acne-prone skin, making the project particularly personal for the teenager.
The brand was initially called HIKU BY Harper, but that name was later abandoned over potential trademark similarities with existing brands.
Harper’s interest in skincare has also been shaped by her own experiences. Victoria previously explained in a conversation with entrepreneur Emma Grede that her daughter developed skin problems after experimenting with beauty products that were not suitable for her skin.
Although Harper had previously enjoyed clear skin, trying different products eventually led to a breakout severe enough for her to consult a dermatologist.
Victoria said she understood her daughter’s experience firsthand, having struggled with acne at several stages of her own life, including childhood, adolescence and adulthood.
Her personal history has given her a point of connection with Harper as the teenager explores skincare and develops her business idea.
With Harlo by Harper in the works, Harper is beginning to carve out her own ambitions in the beauty world. Victoria’s latest comments suggest that the teenager has already put considerable thought into the venture, even as her mother continues to balance encouragement with the realities of her age and school commitments.
