Queen Latifah may have a chance to steal one of Adam Levine’s singers after a standout Battle on The Voice Season 30. In a new sneak peek, Dakota Cohen and Destinee Monroe face off with Evanescence’s Bring Me to Life, leaving all four coaches impressed. With Latifah holding the only remaining Steal, Adam’s decision could give her an opportunity to add another strong voice to her team.

Queen Latifah praises Dakota Cohen and Destinee Monroe
Latifah was visibly excited by the duet, praising both artists for their vocals and stage presence.
“That was incredible. What y’all just did with it was really perform the hell out of it. You embodied the song, you rocked with each other, you nailed all the notes and then some,” she said, admitting that choosing a winner would be difficult.
Riley Green also called it “one of the most powerful performances we’ve seen.” He praised Dakota’s impressive vocal moments and said Destinee performed with the confidence of someone singing in front of 20,000 people at a rock concert.
Riley ended his comments by telling Adam, “I don’t know how you pick. Good luck, Adam.”
Adam sarcastically replied, “Cool. Thanks. Super, super, super helpful.”
Riley fired back, “Adam, what do you want from me? It’s not my job to pick. Turn his chair around!”
Kelly Clarkson leans toward Dakota as Adam weighs his options
Kelly Clarkson praised both singers, highlighting Destinee’s strong stage presence and Dakota’s more tender approach to the song. She ultimately admitted, “I think I lean a little bit more Dakota, but Destiny, heeey.”
When Adam gave his own assessment, he praised Dakota’s distinctive voice and power, comparing part of his sound to Miley Cyrus. He described Destinee’s vocals as a “superpower voice,” calling that strength one of her biggest advantages.
Kelly then revealed how she would handle the decision if she still had a Steal.
“If I had a Steal, it wouldn’t matter who he chose. I would take the other. You guys did such a great job,” she said.
Adam agreed that both singers had delivered an impressive performance, telling them, “There won’t be anybody like you guys on any other team.”

Will Queen Latifah steal Adam Levine’s singer?
With both Dakota and Destinee receiving strong praise, Latifah has a difficult choice if Adam eliminates either singer. Her remaining Steal gives her the opportunity to bring that artist onto Team Queen instead of letting their competition end.
However, the sneak peek does not reveal Adam’s final decision or confirm whether Latifah will use her Steal. Fans will have to watch the full Battle to discover which singer advances to Cut Week and whether Queen makes a move for one of Adam’s artists.
The Voice Season 30 continues Monday at 8 p.m. ET/PT on NBC, with episodes streaming on Peacock the following day.
