Shakira and the Ghetto Kids recreate their viral 2026 FIFA World Cup final moment, leaving the Barclays Center crowd on its feet

Shakira gave fans at New York’s Barclays Center an unforgettable surprise when she reunited with the Ghetto Kids during the second of her two sold out concerts, recreating one of the biggest moments from the 2026 FIFA World Cup final.

The Colombian superstar welcomed the Ugandan dance group to the stage during “Dai Dai,” the song that has become one of the defining hits of her current era. Their appearance echoed the performance that captivated audiences during the World Cup final and drew one of the loudest reactions of the night.

Their World Cup performance further boosted the song’s popularity, making it one of the highlights of Shakira’s Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour.

After finishing the performance, Shakira embraced the young dancers in a heartfelt group hug. The celebration did not end there, as the Ghetto Kids then playfully lifted the singer into the air, prompting laughter from Shakira and cheers from the packed arena.

The singer later shared clips of the performance on her Instagram Stories and YouTube Shorts, writing, “This moment will live forever in our hearts.”
