90 Day Fiancé stars Armando Rubio and Kenneth Niedermeier have reunited in the United States after Rubio made an urgent trip from Mexico to be with his 13 year old daughter, Hannah, who is being treated for a brain bleed in Arizona.
Video obtained by TMZ showed the emotional moment the couple saw each other outside the Phoenix hospital where Hannah is receiving care. The two walked toward one another before stopping in the street and embracing in a long, emotional hug.

A second clip captured Rubio reuniting with Hannah in the intensive care unit. Despite being hospitalized, the teenager smiled when she saw her father, and he immediately leaned in to hug her.
Rubio had been trying to reach Arizona for several days after initially being denied entry at the border. He previously revealed that his request for temporary humanitarian parole was turned down, and he was told such requests had not been granted since 2025.

Speaking earlier this week, Rubio described the separation from his daughter as devastating.
“Every parent wants to be at their child’s bedside when they’re sick, and not being able to hold her hand or comfort her has been the hardest thing I’ve ever experienced,” he said.
He added that he was doing everything possible to be reunited with her because “more than anything, she needs her daddy, and I need to be with my little girl.”

Rubio first shared Hannah’s medical emergency with fans on Tuesday. He said she had complained about feeling unwell, and he noticed that one side of her face appeared droopy while part of her body seemed to have lost strength.
Because the hospital in their small town in Mexico did not have the equipment needed for advanced testing, Hannah was transported by ambulance to a hospital in Arizona, where doctors determined she had suffered a brain bleed.

In an emotional video posted from Mexico before he was able to cross the border, Rubio broke down while speaking about his daughter.
“I miss my baby girl,” he said through tears. “I don’t want to lose her. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.”

He also thanked fans for their support and for contributing to the family’s GoFundMe campaign to help cover Hannah’s medical expenses.
In his most recent update, Rubio said doctors were still searching for the cause of the brain bleed and that the latest MRI scans had not provided clear answers.
As Hannah remains under close medical supervision, fans have continued sending messages of support to Rubio, Niedermeier, and their family during the frightening health crisis.
