The BBC presenter’s black dress was criticised by some for being too short – before she returned for later coverage in a red dress.

The 33-year-old switched outfits as as Adam Peaty won a brilliant, record breaking gold and Jazz Carlin added a silver to win the first medals of the Games for Team GB.
Her choice of outfits left viewers divided as she became a top trend on social media.
Some commented that her outfit was too hot to handle – but that caused a backlash from those who think she is free to wear what she wants in a city where the mercury often tops 30 degrees.
Alongside former Olympic gold medallist Rebecca Adlington and former world champion Mark Foster, Skelton wore revealing black and red dresses.
Mum-of-one Skelton has moved into sports presenting with the BBC after starting her mainstream career on children’s show Blue Peter.
She has established herself as one of the top young talents on the channel -and also gained huge respect for her daredevil fundraising exploits.
She became only the second woman to complete a 78-mile ultra marathon before kayaking up the entire Amazon river.
Skelton also tightrope walked between the towers of Battersea Power Station before completing a trek to the South Pole.
In 2012 Skelton was also in the headlines after a gust of wind blew her skirt up revealing her underwear during the London 2012 parade.
