Just adorable… he really is “front door famous.”

Luke Combs just wrapped up his 2026 My Kinda Saturday Night tour, which closed with three sold-out shows at Wembley Stadium in London following a European run in countries like Ireland and Sweden.

He set several attendance records since kicking off back in March too, breaking a staggering four different attendance records both here in the U.S. and across the pond, setting Ohio Stadium’s (97,367), Lambeau Field’s (51,981), and Neyland Stadium’s (92,045) record for highest-attended concerts. Additionally, the “Hurricane” singer would set the record for the largest country music crowd ever in the Nordic region, with 60,826 fans at his July 4th show in Ullevi Stadium in Gothenburg, Sweden.

He’s just a man of the people… and while he has done stadium tours in the summer for the last several years, he’s managed to seemingly still send a lot of time at home, which he’s spoken about making a priority since becoming a dad:

But I have to imagine, in many ways, Combs is ready to get home and back into a routine, as he is a dad to three young boys, Tex Lawrence, Beau Lee, and Chet Wiley. He talks often in interviews about how much he loves being a dad, and he even wrote an entire album about fatherhood called Fathers & Sons, which he released in 2024.

And it looks like the kids are of course excited to see their dad too, as Combs shared a precious countdown they had handmade to count down the dates until he was back home again, which features little sticky notes they can pull off as each day goes by, along with a flag to the corresponding country he’s in, that reads:

“How many sleeps until Dada comes home?”

He shared it along with a song from the aforementioned album, “Front Door Famous”:

The song was written by Luke along with Blake Densmore, Nick Columbia, Noah Thompson, and Robert Snyder, finding him reflecting on how he no longer wishes to be famous (in his musical career, I assume), but wants to be a big deal when he comes home to his wife and kids.

It’s a pretty emotional song, where Combs wears his heart on his sleeve in terms of being honest about how much being a dad means to him, and how nothing on this earth could replace that role:

It’s such a beautiful song, clearly written from a very personal place that continues to resonate with him as he balances the life of being a country star and touring musician, with what is now his most important role, being dad.
